Chicken Salad Croissants – Kathey’s gourmet homemade recipe on a fresh croissant with
leaf lettuce. * The chicken salad may also be served as a wrap.
English Tuna Salad – tuna salad with thinly sliced cucumbers, sprouts and lettuce on bread
or a whole wheat wrap.
Club Sandwich – ham, turkey, two cheeses, lettuce and tomato, on wheat and white bread.
Turkey Sandwich with Cranberry Salsa – turkey on specialty bread with homemade
cranberry salsa on the side to top the sandwich.
Ham & Cheese Wrap - ham & colby jack cheese, and leaf lettuce, with a zesty pepper relish
and a chipotle mayo on a tomato basil wrap.
Turkey Caesar Wrap - Slices of turkey and romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing are
wrapped in a whole wheat or spinach tortilla.
